Lord Krishna has very mercifully given us a beautiful property in a very nice location - 2651 Rouse Road, Orlando 32817. The property is 7.2 acres total with a house on it, which was improved to be a temporary place for our spiritual programs. There are 3.2 acres ready to be developed.

Considering the state of the National Economy and our needs, we have decided to organize our goals for developing our Iskcon project here in Orlando, in three Phases (please refer to the designed plans enclosed).
Phase I
To have a site plan made by an architect or engineer, including all three Phases, and apply for a Church Exempt at the Orange County Government.
That requires a total sum of $5,000.00.
Phase II
For now we are satisfied with the size of our temple room but we feel a pressing need to expand our kitchen facility. Sometimes we are called the 'Kitchen religion' because we consider the taking of Krishna prasadam as vital to our spiritual advancement. Also, from the point of view of preaching to the 45,000 students at the nearby UCF, a first class kitchen would help us immensely. If we have this facility we could get large numbers of students to come for a vegetarian meal and a cooking class. It is possible to make money doing this and we could also make money by cooking for the Indian grocery stores etc.
Along with the kitchen we need an office, currently we have no place to meet, a screened in covered patio for taking prasadam, storage and tools’ room, and proper public restrooms.
